Help analyze minidump from windows server 2003 - IIS6

Please help on analyzing minidump from Windows Server 2003 32bit, it keeps on BSOD when started normally. Did memtest and when idle, the server was ok but when IIS was put up, it gives BSOD.

still doesn't give any information from the debuglog.txt

help to know what's wrong with the server Windows Server 2003 SP2

I have tried analyzing the dump file with Visual studio and no luck running the debugger. Try DumpChk.exe. here is how
