Exchange 2007 language version - find out which is installed?

I have an Exchange CCR cluster with Windows 2008 SP1 in English and Exchange 2007 SP1. - How do I find out if the Exchange installation is English or German?

The admin who installed the server isn't here anymore, we don't know which installation sources he used, the Exchange Management Cosole and Shell are a mixture of English and German (German title - English contents).

I started to wonder when I installed the Update Rollup 6: The English installation package told me "cannot be installed because the program may be missing or different version...". The German package worked.
However, now my colleage (who is pretty sure that the Exchange installation is English) is afraid that I might have used the wrong package and that this might create problems.

What's the difference between the English and German version of an update rollup package at all - can a mixture create problems?
