Upgraded to Ie7 getting event ID 1040 on all PCs

No-one seems to be having any issues but its writing to the event log multiple times a second

The description for Event ID ( 1040 ) in Source ( Internet Explorer ) cannot
be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information
or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be
able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and
Support for details. The following information is part of the event: .

How can this be troubleshooted - No errors in Application / Security / System logs

dcchapman--These two IEFixes are fast to try.

Also try running IE without Add-ons.  Start|All Programs|Accessories|System Tools|Internet Explorer (without add-ons)
If no luck uninstall and reinstall IE7.  This reference may help maximize the chance of an uncorrupted install.
