Using CAPICOM from an Applet

I need to install a PFX file into Windows User Store I read in this topic that I can acces to CAPICOM using JNI and do it
But, also, I can read that I can do it usin JACOB, JASON and JAWIN. I'm new in certificates, and I don't know how to do it.

they all use JNI and provide a layer to simplify the mapping for you.

If you can do the install from command line it is probably simpler to instead just use Runtime.exec() to run the command
