Mike KlineCommented:
What files are in your \sources\adprep  folder?  It should be in there.

Thanks

What media are you using?  Does the label on the media indicate that it's the 32 bit version?

Get free NFR key for Veeam Availability Suite 9.5

Veeam is happy to provide a free NFR license (1 year, 2 sockets) to all certified IT Pros. The license allows for the non-production use of Veeam Availability Suite v9.5 in your home lab, without any feature limitations. It works for both VMware and Hyper-V environments

Is this on a DVD or did you download it?  Does the DVD say it's 32bit, or the link to download it?  I got a DVD with software assurance for the 32 bit versions and a different DVD for the 64 bit.

That is the exact same version on my 2008 x32.
Do you get errors when you use that version?
ADPREP32 is definitely in 2008 R2 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc731728.aspx
I don't have my copy of R2 here so I can't check it.
Thanks
Mike

THe DVD was downloaded as part of the 2008 operating License that was presented to us.
I haven't tried it yet, since I wanted to make sure I had the adprep32 file so that it would run correctly on our 2003 DC server.
It is definitely not on my DVD.
Is their a place that I can download the 32bit version of adprep?
thanks

I did locate the Windows Server 2008 Standard (contains 32-bit and 64 bit software).
I did a search on adprep32.exe and it was not on the DVD.
I am confused on whether or not the adprep32 is suppose to be there or the 32-bit version is adprep.exe
The file version on this dvd is the same as the the other server 2008 that I downloaded from
6.0.6001.18000 (longhorn_rtm.080118-1840)
