Every time I launch a local SFW flash file, IE responds with the bar across the top that says:<br />

I have gone into IE's Tools | Internet Options | Security for both Internet and Intranet and I think I have enabled everything that has to do with allowing ActiveX.<br />

Specifically, which IE security setting is causing IE to block the running of an SWF file?<br />
Is there something else that I can do to prevent IE from blocking the running of this SWF file?<br />

Running SWF causes ActiveX message

Web browsers are applications used primarily to display documents, files and media from the Internet, identified by a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) that can be a page, image, video or other file. Some browsers require the use of add-ons or extensions to safely render the information they receive; others have systems built into them to perform the same functions.

Web Components are a set of standards currently being produced by Google engineers as a W3C specification that allow for the creation of reusable widgets or components in web documents and web applications. The intention behind them is to bring component-based software engineering to the World Wide Web. The components model allows for encapsulation and interoperability of individual HTML elements. Support for Web Components is present in Chrome and Opera and is in Firefox (with a manual configuration change). Microsoft's Internet Explorer has not implemented any Web Components specifications yet. Web Components consist of 4 main elements: Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, HTML Imports and HTML Templates.
