why are you using ReadBinary on a non-binary file???
use action="read" instead to read plain-text files into memory.

I'll send the uploaded file to a web service that requires the file as binary, that's why I use ReadBinary.

<cffile action="readBinary" file="#uploadedFileNameFull#" variable="uploadedFiles[#file_ind#]">

This code works fine. "Being slow" problem occured because of server i guess. Thanks for your time.
