NAT using H.323 Protocol

Does H.323 protocol works behing NAT ?
We are using Video conferencing using H.323 behind NAT.
Will it works ??

    Since H.323 does not work with NAT is there  any protocal used for Video conferencing which can be used behind NAT for video conferencing.

    Just remember, I did not say that it could not be done, it just depends on the vendor and whether they support it or not.   The above link gives a few that do support NAT, and has a table of protocols used.
