Remove obsolete Solaris versions

     How do I remove the following old versions from a Solaris 8 OS?
1) 2004-B-0015 Sun Java Runtime
2) native-threads /java
3) 2008-B-0052 Sun Java JDK/JRE

    I'm not sure how the past admin installed the Java versions. Does that matter on how they are deleted in Solaris 8?

    well, I am not familiar with java installation on Solaris, but in general if it was installed as a package then it can be removed with pkgrm command. From my experience with java on windows new version replaces files, etc and no need to delete old versions.
