I've been tasked with sorting out some outlook forms.<br />

What I'm wanting to do is apply a custom form to all new posts in a public folder.<br />
<br />
It works fine when I create a new post, but the public folder has an email address attached to it - and when an email comes in from outside sources, the custom form does not get applied?<br />

Does anyone know enough about custom forms in outlook to help me?<br />
