Applying custom outlook form to an incoming email.

I've been tasked with sorting out some outlook forms.

What I'm wanting to do is apply a custom form to all new posts in a public folder.

It works fine when I create a new post, but the public folder has an email address attached to it - and when an email comes in from outside sources, the custom form does not get applied?

Does anyone know enough about custom forms in outlook to help me?

Many thanks,

Hi, spen_lang.

The only automatic way to do this would be with a combination of a script and a rule.  Unfortunately public folders can't run scripts.  If you want to dedicate a machine to monitoring the public folder, it would have to be logged in with Outlook running all the time, then I can do this with a bit of scripting.

Hmmm... I guess it's not going to do what we want it to.

I had suspected this was the case. Never mind - thank you.

You're welcome.
