What would be the impact when a domain name changes on the Antivirus Software.
What i mean is we are going to have a new domain now what are the points i need to take care on the Antivirus enterprise console managing all the clients.

It depends ultimately on how your anti-virus software integrates with Active Directory. If it has strong ties with Active Directory, it may not support domain renames. This is something you would have to check out with the producer of the software.

However, the most I can believe the software integrates with Active Directory is in the way it finds computer objects. If computers are referenced using FQDN (i.e. computername.domainname.com), the .domainname.com part will be invalidated and would need updated.

It is ultimately down to the support the software gives for domain renames, and how it is configured.
