Outlook 2003 GPO for Download offline address book setting

Is there a GPO to check or uncheck the Download office address book setting in Outlook 2003 ?

The setting can be found under   Tools, Send / Receive, Define Send / Receive groups, high light All Accounts, Edit

The path to them are as follows. User config, admin templates, microsoft outlook 2003, exchange settings,
Sorry image should have been attached.
