So will ISA 2005 be able to monitor employees individually.? The boss wants to keep his eye on certain employees, will this create a report to the effect j.bloggs has spent 5 hours on facebook this week, and 2 hours on twitter.. &nbsp;I think thats the sort of thing he wants..

A Director at one of the networks I admin, approached me the other day to ask if it was possilble for me to monitor what sites and how long employees were spending looking up personal content on the net. Is this poss just with windows server 2003 or can anyone recommend any software package that can deliver this service. <br />
