Created a rule in the Enterprise Default Policy and can't Delete it

Dont ask why, I'm an idiot, but I created a rule in the Default Enterprise policy on our ISA server by importing another enterprise policy over out default one.  Now I am trying to put it back so that it only has the default rule and I can't.  I have created a new enterprise policy, exported it with it being empty, tried to import it over the current default policy and it will not get rid of the policy.  Any help would be appreciated.

I did not take a backup of the CSS.  I am still in the process of implementing it.

if you have not run the conguration export utility within an ISA node gui or taken a backup of the CSS store then you are pretty much hosed. If you have imported an altrnative Enterprise Policy directly, I can't see a way back as the xml schema etc will be changed.

if you are only at the implementation stage a removal and reinsallation is by far the quickest route.

1-Back up access rules.
2-Uninstall ISA
3-Install it again and restore the access rules.
