Is there an LDAP Query to identify users with Mail Delivery Restrictions set to only recieve mail from authenticated users?

There is, but you don't need LDAP for Exchange 2007. From the Exchange Management Shell:

Get-Mailbox | ?{ $_.RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled -eq $True }

Still, if you prefer to use LDAP, you're looking for an attribute called "msExchRequireAuthToSendTo". As in the following example (again based in PowerShell):

$Filter = "(&(msExchRequireAuthToSendTo=TRUE)(objectClass=user)(objectCategory=person))"
(New-Object System.DirectoryServices.DirectorySearcher($Null, $Filter)).FindAll()

Of course, you don't have to use PowerShell, the LDAP query is portable.
