ocommerce issue with shipping & email notifications

I am having an issue with a client's website and was wondering if you could help me with it.

the clients website is www.whimsicaltales.com

They have a catalog page through which they sell various items. There is an admin module which they have -
User:  admin
Pass: whim613

.. which i guess works with paypal somehow.

Issue 1. We would like to change the shipping calculator to calculate the shipping cost by the weight. (it seems to be just adding a fixed amount at this time) Now im not sure if this is something that has to be changed within there admin panel or paypal. I can't seem to locate this area.

2. The client says that all they get is a notification from paypal that they have received payment. However it doesn't send them the shipping information or what item(s) they have purchased.

Any help with this would be much appreciated

Did you enable the shipping cost ?

 Shipping cost can be set in paypal 2 ways. either paypal api global variable OR login on the paypal merchant account and set the cost for the product rang.
