Hi all
If I install XP (SP3) manually on my new Acer M1641 and specify the SATA Drivers as per the F6 option, the OS loads and all is ok. If I add the same Sata drivers into the path below and compile my BARTPE CD, the OS blue screens:
I've also tried setting the "ACPI Aware OS" option "on" and "off" in the BIOS, with no change.
Also there doesn't appear to be the "SATA/IDE to SATA/AHCI" in this BIOS either that some forums talk about.
Help much appreciated
Thanks in advance

    Accepted Solution

USe the free PE2 from microsoft instead or UBCD.

ALternatively, use one of the get driver program that will grab all of the drivers and add them into BART.

    I hope this helps !
