Chek time on DC and also check time on client machine. Set time in the BIOS of client machine identical to time on DC. and then reboot he machine.

What is time on this problematic DC? Is its BIOS showing same time like other DCs?
The issue now is i am away from the DC's
I just tried restarting another dc and that also did not come up. I dont know what happened to it . Not able to connect through Mstsc
It pings but not able to connect.

the other dc's that are live show the same time as the clients show
Ok. Do you have any time server set there? Also is your root DC synchronizes time with other dcs?
I have the issue with the root DC. That is where i am not able to login it says time issue.
Not sure if it was sinking to some time server

You need to check time on all servers you have and see if it is sync. with any time server.
How can i find that
