ie7 Address not valid http:///

The internet works for a couple minutes then stops workings and get Address not valid and an address of http:///.  Attached is my HiJackThis log file.

    1) Try to restore IE default settings, and disable all plugins

    These you can do without if you do not know the associated website, the second one , I know is adware related already, fix using Hijack this

    I'll just leave this here...

    Internet Options -> Connections ->  LAN Settings -> uncheck "use proxy".  

    VOILA!  After you're sure whatever did this is not active any more, of course.
