I successfully upgraded to VS 2008 SP1 and ASP.NET SP1.<br />

Then I downloaded and installed the MS Chart for ASP.NET.<br />
<br />
The chart control does not appear in the toolbox. It does not appear in the ToolBox - Choose Items list.<br />
I also copied the <br />
System.Web.DataVisualizati<wbr />on.Design.<wbr />dll and System.Web.DataVisualizati<wbr />on.dll ito the project Bin folder.<br />

Then I downloaded and installed the MS Chart for ASP.NET.

The chart control does not appear in the toolbox. It does not appear in the ToolBox - Choose Items list.
I also copied the 
System.Web.DataVisualization.Design.dll and System.Web.DataVisualization.dll ito the project Bin folder.
