SMTP mail is stuck in mailroot/queue

I have an asp application that has worked for years, half way through sending 193 email via the asp program it stopped and hasn't worked since.  I spent a day trying to figure out why without success.  My dsl connection is with Verizon, business and my outlook is connecting to readyhosting.com.  I can't telnet port 25 but I don't know if it is verizon or readyhosting or somebody else and if it is blocked is there another way to get out the emails,  they are client emails that were due out 02/20.  Any help out there?

That means that they cannot block NO ports from you.

readyhosting.com
CANNOT block no ports either.
So.
I would contact Verizon
And check things out on their end.

The only thing that might be causing a problem, is that you are sending out a BULK mail
That might get your blocked.

Check and check everything else again.

I come from Australia with a nice little telco called Telstra and I sent a bulk email 2000+ emails, and that temp blocked me for 2 weeks, Telnet both connections SMTP servers and the one / or ones you don't reach contact them, they can ask their NOC if anything was blocked on your account.

Confirm you are NOT being blocked at port 25 by your ISP or SMTP server via the telnet command...  What is your domain name?    P2E
