What should i do when an error message says' Object required"

cn is probably nothing. are you sure that cn is properly initialized there?

Ah ok, it was not properly initialized... can i change this command to call directly to my server?

s.OPEN_CON "mydb", server_Name  
i tried to change it to  
Call OPEN_CON(cn, "mydb", "Mynotebook")  and
Call s.OPEN_CON(cn, "mydb", "Mynotebook")    but it doesnt work ..

what is "s"?

where is "cn" declared?

I thought we had it working in another question?
