Computer login history

I am trying to find out the user login history for a certain local IP address or computer name (currently offline) on a Win 2000 domain.

    The first thing that comes to mind is a network event viewer like this one:

    There are many out there that you have to pay for, this is one of the free ones.  I cannot vouch for it, as I used one a paid for one.

    Thanks Rich for the reply. I installed a trial version of the software but when I try to download the logs of the computer in questions, I get an RPC server not available error. Is that because the computer is offline?
    Is there another way to get the logs not from the local machine, maybe the domain controller?
