What does a Parse Error mean in W3C CSS Validator?

This is the result I get when I try to validate my CSS

W3C CSS Validator results for http://gourmetbyronbay.com/gourmet.css (CSS level 2.1)
Sorry! We found the following errors (1)
URI : http://gourmetbyronbay.com/gourmet.css
41             Parse Error .01_behind { background-image: none; padding: 15px 10px 10px; }

What exactly is that error telling me?
