TTL expired in transit

When I ping a default gateway provided to me by my telecom and get TTL expired in transit, what would this tell me and how it could be resolved?  Thanks.

Looks like you've got a routing loop

check: misconfigured routes, interfaces go up and down , and so on....

the best call who  responsible your network infrastructure

That would be the "default gateway" that your router is using, correct?

Can you provide some information as to how your network is setup (topology, equipment, etc.)?

It is most likely a routing loop somewhere, but we'll need more information to narrow it down.
