Internet Browsing on Windows 2003 Server Web edition problem

I have Server 2003 machine on net. I am contected on machine thru Remote Desktop, and I can't use Windows Update or browse to any pagewith IE or Mozzila.

I can ping or traceroute to any web page, but IE don't work.

That ping didn't look right, it doesn't show the replies.
Can you confirm the ping works? Also, the TRACERT isn't good. You shouldn't time out after TELIA like that.
You should get into the MSN network before it times out.
Can you ping 212.69.226.3 successfully?

Do you have any form of Proxy in your IE Settings?
What does a "netstat -an" display
