Iomega ZipDrive question

Is there any way to stop a window from popping up when
a ZipDisk is inserted into a ZipDrive?

We're doing an xcopy backup of a DOS database directory
to an internal Iomega Zip 750 drive.

When users put in the daily Zip750 disk, a window pops up
showing the contents of the disk. This is confusing for our user
level people.
