Backup Exec 12.5 SharePoint Agent problem backing up logs

A client of mine has the sharepoint agent, which is working correctly for the GRT and for backing up the Databases. However they have a transaction log backup for all the databases that runs every 2 hours. They are unable to select the log files to back them up. We have my SharePoint databases on one volume and their corresponding log files on another volume. When we go to select the log files they are grayed out and say to select the items with the SharePoint agent. However this is just doing the databases and not the log files when we select them with the agent. I am unsure why this is the case because before we migrated my SharePoint Databases to a new instance and new volumes I was able to select the logs without being prompted by the agent. The timeline is as such the backups were set up in the previous version of BE, then upgraded to 12.5 and the backups were still working as previously configured. I then moved the SharePoint Databases to a new instance and the db's to a new volume and the logs on a separate volume. When we went to adjust the backups to look at the new locations we got everything to work properly except for the logs. Is there a chance that the previous version of BE didn't care about the Agent? Is there a way to select the logs with out being prompted to use the agent for these?

Currently its not possible.

When performing a backup of SharePoint Databases, the Backup Exec SharePoint Agent does not have an option to perform a log backup of the SQL databases.
