proxy chain loop isa 2004

ive got the following setup on a network. ive got 2 servers
(server A: win2k and server B: win2k3)

Server A: AD and internal DNS(forwading to isp dns. 202.1.x.x)

Server B: ISA Server 2004
NIC 1:internal

NIC 2: external
sn: 255.255.x.x
dns: -

isa was configured using the edge network template with unrestriced access.

and when i try to browse i get the 403 denined screen. except for; then i get the proxy chain loop screen

any ideas on how to solve this? any help wud be much appreciated

    just figured out that it was the antivirus(NOD 32) which was redirectin the request back to the ISA server..creating the loop.
