IE zapatec grid flicker on table load

Using IE and a widget called Zapatec Grid I am getting a flicker before the table loads in the grid.
This works fine in FF.

I have tried many work arounds to fix this and nothing works.

To simulate, go to above page and see how the table is displayed before the widget displays it in the grid.  Press F5 to see this load flicker again.

I didn't see any flicker. I did have a HUGE delay in waiting for the page to load, so maybe it would be a good idea to remove this bottleneck. No data is far worse than a small bit of screen flicker.

But, having said that, you could simply add a class to essentially hide the table until the data has finished loading.
