Export Entourage Email Addresses to another Mac

I am using Entourage 2004 and don't store my email addresses within Contacts, i just select from a drop down list of email address that appear when i compose a new mail. Where is this actually stored and can i transfer it to my new mac?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for this but that only appears to be exporting the contacts that are in the address book. Is it not as simple as a PC where you can copy the n2k file in outlook?

I've never had the need to move my Office to another Mac, so I can't say for sure but I would assume that everything about what you see in Entourage would be somewhere in the Microsoft User Folder that lives in your documents folder.

Bad news.. those email addresses of previous recipients are not in any format that can be easily exported .. they are hidden and encoded inside the Entourage settings.

Others have asked before .. and apart from copying the entire Microsoft User Data folder from one mac to another .. there's no way to export that list.

Sorry

eoinosullivan... the one link I sent the asker speaks of copying over the entire Microsoft  User Data Folder when moving Entourage to a new Mac... wouldn't it be likely that those addresses would be in there?

Or... could he do a fresh install of Office and copy the MUD folder as well as the app from Applications and do what he want to do?

Yes.. Like I said .. if he wants to copy the entire User Data folder .. he will get the historic email information .. however there is NO WAY to just export just the list as projectkermit07 requests  (like the .n2k file in Windows)
