Exchange 2003 Queue wont empty after message delivered

Our queue won't delete.   The number of messages is at 0 but the domain under name column won't delete, we have 20,000 of these.  It doesn't seem ot effect performce because we are receive and sending with a normal time frame but they are just sitting there for 5 days now. What do I need to do to "dump" them?  Please see attachemnt (bmp fie opens to snapshot of the queue)Thanks

Also restart IIS admin service and reopen ESM.

Just restarting the SMTP Server service should flush them out.

Although that is unusual, so I would be checking that nothing else is wrong. Run the Exchange best practises tool on the server to ensure there are no other problems with the system.
