What is the processor type? thought it is a 32 bit processor, is it Intel Vt or AMD-V or any other processor type which supports virtualization.

i am not quite sure if you have installed 32 bit Server 2008 on a 64 bit processor but here is the link that has some info.

http://keznews.com/29614=Why_is_there_a_32-bit_Windows_Server_2008_option__quot_without_Hyper-V_quot__

Also another link that says it is not possible to installe Hyper V core component on a 32 bit OS but can only install management tools

Entegre Lan Intel Pro 10/100/1000

So? 2008 Enterprise Ok with my configuration to run Hyper-V (though i guess i tried all packs of Hyper-V from MS site)...

Seems Enterprise is not compatible with Hyper-V

Also, My 32 bit 2008 Server OS shows 8 GB Rams...Interesting...Isn't it?

Best regards...

In addition to the system requirements for Windows Server 2008 as described in the release notes, a 64-bit system with hardware-assisted virtualization enabled and data execution prevention (DEP) is required. It is also recommended to ensure that you have a clean install of x64 edition of Windows Server 2008 to be able to use the Hyper-V technology.

Check this URL

Please check under Setup and Requirements -> What are the prerequisites to install and use Hyper-V?

Yes, your HW is capable of hosting Hyper V but there has to be a x64 OS. make sure that Virtualization option is enabled in the BIOS.
