Having problems with w3wp.exe

I've been having issues where the w3wp.exe (NETWORK SERVICE) is hogging up a lot of CPU usage (bouncing around between 30% and 80%).  This seems to happen around the same time I'm using a product called Autodesk Vault.  Vault is a CAD management database program that runs on SQL Express 2005.  Does anyone know about this process?

W3WP.exe is a Microsoft IIS (Webserver) process. What OS are you running? What service pack is installed?

I'm running Windows Server 2003 SP2.  I think it really might have something to do with Autodesk Vault.  I will check with them to see if they have had this issue.

I found and installed SP 3 for MS SQL Server express 2005.  That seems to have done the trick.  I installed this SP about two weeks ago and haven't seen the same issues since.  Looks like that did the trick.
