ISA Server Problem

Hello my friends
I'm trying to solve a problem with my ISA Server 2004 Installation. There
is some websites that when i'm acessing it appears to miss some pictures.
After some log analizing in ISA Server I notice that it gives me an error
with that picture when acessing the website. The error is "12210 An Internet
Server API (ISAPI) filter has finished handling the request. Contact your
system administrator. ". Can someone help me with this problem? Sorry about
my english. It's not my native language. Thanks in advance.

No, I already saw that post. It's not the same problem. I found now that the my ISA have on add-in for web filtering. The name is Burstek. I tryed to disable to Add-in for a minute and everything it's ok, the page opens without any problem. But the problem is that i cannot leave the webfiltering tool disable. I accessed the burstek management tool and I cannot find a place where I can fix this problem. There isn't a problem with blocked websites (because when it give that problem it appear a message on screen). It's a matter of webfiltering I think. The add-in only stop some jpg's to appear on the webpage. Can someone help?
