Password are expiring even if the "Password never expires" is set in AD user profile

Hi all,

I've been working at this for some time now and i have no clue whats going on. I have some users in AD who are set so the passwords never expire but after 90 days they still expire. I've looked at our GPO's and havn't found anything that would override the check box under the user settings.

Any ideas ?

Have you tried running the Group Policy Results wizard or gpresult on one of the problem accounts?  If you run it correctly, it will show you what policies are being applied to the user's account and which GPO is "winning" and applying the policy.  Since there is only one password policy per domain, it should help point you to that policy and the setting within causing the issue (usually default domain policy).

Thank you very much Sir. I had never heard of GPMC and was able to determine very easily which GPO was conflicting
