Not really the answer, but I don't want to let this issue dangle out there for much longer. &nbsp;I think the tech has also moved on to other projects.

We have some PDFs that display text as black blobs only on some Reader installations. &nbsp;On most, they work fine. &nbsp;Unfortunately, I do not have a screen shot to share at the moment. &nbsp;But, the PDFs are from various sources: Excel, an ESRI PDF export, and others. &nbsp;So, I'm thinking it must be something with the Reader installation itself. &nbsp;I'll attach one of the occasionally misbehaving PDFs. &nbsp;Ideas?<br />
