How Do I Get an Active List of IP Addresses ONLY (No MAC) using NMAP

How can I use NMAP (or some other tool) to get a list of active IP Addresses ONLY (with no MAC Address printouts).

When I do NMAP -sP -n xx.xx.xx.xx/24, I get a list of active IP Addresses, but it's also adding the MAC Addresses.  I would like just the IP Addresses, so I can feed this information into a NESSUS scanner.
