how do you sync MS CRM contacts data for an user to their corresponding Exchange mailbox contacts folder?

is it possible to add and modify MS CRM contacts data using MS CRM 4.0 application and have it synchronize over to the MS CRM user's CRM client application and exchange user's mailbox contacts folder????

    Yes.  This is built into Microsoft CRM as part of the default functionality.
    To get this to work, you need to have MS CRM up and running on your server.  You will also need to install the Outlook client.  Once you've done that, all contacts "owned" by the user will sync with Outlook by default.  If you would like to have additional contacts sync, you can just open up Outlook, use the new menu installed by MS CRM (CRM) and change the Local Data Groups.
