earthlink.net postmaster deliverability tips

Can't seem to find earthlink's guidelines for e-mail deliverability

I got a couple undeliverable messages and I don't see any error codes etc

I can send emails through my exchange server to most major providers, aol etc, and my RDNS is correctly setup

If you are using a firewall (such as watchguard) and have your mail server setup via NAT behind the firewall, then make sure you have a reverse record in your host file for your mail server that points to the address of your firewall.

Seems that alot of the larger providers that do reverse lookups do it on the last address (your firewall) and not your mail server, causing the RDNS to fail.  This is especially common in small business server (SBS) environments where all of the addresses are on a single host.
