Is there a way to automate a regular backup of all of my Cisco devices' running-config scripts?  Specifically, I think I want to be able to schedule a nightly job that will push/pull all of the configuration settings to a backup server.

How do Cisco admins typically handle DR for Cisco devices?

You can write some script to backup the configuration. Alternatively you can use the below applications;

1- SolarWinds NCM

2- Rancid

I ended up using CatTools.
