Flash ActionScript 1 Contact Form.... looking for AS1 code...

hello,
i have a flash forum file that is written in AS1,, and unfortunately it is very complex and i do not know how to convert to AS2 so i need to find a contact form code written in AS1.

so this would be PHP and AS1.

anybody know where to start?  i have checked google. but no luck yet.

no i am looking for a contact form written in actionscript 1.  .. this is an old version of flash.
