Driver not found message box appears after login

I recently re-installed vista, a few days after I started getting a message box that say "Driver Error" and "Driver Not Found". There are no yellow exclamation marks in the device manager and in the event log there is only one error.

    Error      2009-02-23 18:33:30      HttpEvent      15016      None
Unable to initialize the security package Kerberos for server side authentication.  The data field contains
    the error  number.

I googled it and Microsoft said that since it's a home product it doesn't use server side authentication and that it could safely be ignored.

The only other thing there is in the event viewer is

Audit Failure      2009-02-23 18:33:36      Microsoft Windows security auditing. 5032 Other System Events
Windows Firewall was unable to notify the user that it blocked an application from accepting incoming
    connections on the network.

    Error Code:      2

Which doesn't seem to be driver related?

Download and start procmon while that popup is already opened. Now use the crosshair to select that little window. Then, close it and see which process procmon has monitored while closing.
