Telnet Issue after 5505 IOS upgrade from 7.3 to 8.0(4)

Prior to upgrading a 5505 from IOS version 7.3 to 8.0(4) I was able to telnet the device from our 192.168.1.0 and 2.0 subnets after the upgrade I am no longer able to do so. I can telnet from the 192.168.12.0 local subnet, but not throught the subnets that pass through the tunnel. Any suggestions as to what changed and what the resolution is?
