Sync Local Calendar with Public Folder Calendar

Hello I have a Exchange 2007 sever with users running both Outlook 2003 and 2007. We use public folders so that other people can see when our appointments are as well as so that our assistants can set our appointments. I also use my local calendar for personal info and appointments that I dont need shared with the entire office. Is there a way that every time a appointment is set on my public calendar that it will sync with my local calendar and add it there. This will also be helpful since you cant sync public folders with mobile devices.

Yes, under scheduling, type your name in a second time and it will ask you to updated it on your personal calendar.

This is done when adding a new appointment to the public folder calendar.

Is this the only way? It is ok for me but I am not sure I can get other to do this everytime and rely on the fact that they did it.

Simplify Active Directory Administration

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

3rd party software can do the trick as well.

Is one that I've seen mentioned elsewhere, haven't tried it personally.

That one is pretty pricey. That is crazy that it would be so difficult
