Is this while you are using OWA, or are you actually using the Outlook client?

If OWA login and select "This is a private computer" option. Otherwise it will timeout every 15 minutes or something along those lines by default.

If this is with the Outlook client than perhaps the timeout is being triggered by a firewall or router in between your client and the server? I am not aware of a setting that would cause the client to timeout.

I think that will fix it. If you leave the checkmark in the default selection of "This is a public or Shared computer" it will cause you to time out every X minutes.

If you select "This is a private computer" you should be able to remain logged in as long as you keep the browser open.
