DO you mean indent block?  Or Format block?

Indent block is "Tab" (or Shift-Tab for outdent)

Format block is Shift-Alt-F (or Shft-Cmd-F on Mac)

I'll make sure when I get to a non-mac machine ;)

TimYates is correct.

To format code, Alt+Shift+F works on PC.  I use 'Tab' for indenting with no issues as well.  The other shortcut to indent/outdent is as follows:

Shift Left - Alt + Shift + {Left Arrow}
Shift Right - Alt + Shift + {Right Arrow}
