An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of microsoft exchange mailboxes. an unknown error occurred within the NDMP subsystem. Backup exec version 10

Been doing backups on a windows 2000 server with no issues using Veritas Backup exec 10. In the last few weeks I've been getting this error message:

An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of  microsoft exchange mailboxes. an unknown error occurred within the NDMP subsystem.

Thanks!

Is something else on the server using port 10000 (the port NDMP uses)?

Please refer to the following for more information and resolution

When attempting to browse a remote server's contents, the error "An error was encountered while trying to browse the contents of \\SERVERNAME. An unknown error occurred within the NDMP subsystem." occurs.

Error "The NDMP subsystem reports that a request cannot be processed because it is in the wrong state to service the request" or "An NDMP request or reply is improperly formed and cannot be processed" occurs when attempting to backup or restore to a remote machine

Thanks guys!  It was a permissions issue, had to use a different account and then the NDMP error went away.
