how to give create procedure provilege to schema/user

Hi,

I created schema/user say XYZ. I would like to give the create, execute stored procedure privileges to that schema/user. How can i do that. Any syntax, sample code, resources, ideas highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I just gave session login privilege. I additionally want to give this user/schema procedures creation, execution privileges as that user/schema is only going to deal with stored procedures nothing else. Please advise

GRANT CREATE  PROCEDURE TO <USER>
GRANT EXECUTE PROCEDURE TO <USER>
