Restore Windows in Toshiba Satellite

I have an old toshiba satellite 1700-200 I want to sell, but first i'd like to restore the OS that comes with the laptop, which is Windows ME, how can i restore it? I know its hidden somewhere in a ROM drive :) I remember having reinstalled it before.

Either it has a recovery partition which you access at boot time by pressing the apropriate key (watch carefully for instructions as it boots), or it has recovery CD('s) which you boot to.

It should tell you the key to press as it is booting unless the recovery option is in the bios. Can't find it for your model. European manuals are here, but more info is needed (will be underneath the laptop) to determine your exact model.
